Depending on whether the doll has been made, we have two kinds of sex dolls for our customers to choose from. One is ready-to-ship in-stock sex dolls, and the other one is made-to-order custom sex dolls.
In-Stock Sex Dolls
We pre-made these sex dolls in our factory and ship them to our global warehouse in these countries/areas: US, AU, CA, EU, and UK. So local customers no need to wait for produce and a long time shipping. They could get them in around 1-7 business days depending on your location.
US stock dolls could only be delivered to US customers, and AU stock dolls could only be delivered to Australian customers. CA, EU, and UK stock the same.

For US customers – These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Los Angeles, US warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 2-7 business days after your order is placed.
For AU CA EU UK customers – These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Australia/Canada/Germany/United Kingdom warehouse and are ready to ship, they will arrive in 3-7 (AU/CA/EU) or 1-3 (UK) business days after your order is placed depending on your location. No additional charges such as import duties, VAT, or taxes as we have already paid for it:)
We offer self-collection service in all our warehouses except Canada, you could contact our online agent for more self-collection details. Note an ID card or driver’s license is needed for an identity check.
Custom Sex Dolls
**Chinese New Year Note ( Jan 26 – Feb 17)
Chinese New Year is the most important holiday in China. It provides an opportunity for workers who have migrated to different cities to reunite with their families and all factories and businesses are closed for at least 2 weeks. In this case, the custom doll order will postpone the manufacturing process for up to 2 weeks. All custom orders placed after Feb 17 will be back to normal.
If you wanna receive your doll ASAP, we recommend purchasing sex dolls stored in local warehouses which will arrive in 3-7 days. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience and wish you a happy new year.
All custom sex dolls are made to order. These orders will be manufactured in our China factory. You could find our customer sex doll collection here or on our top menu, no stock word in the product title and you could find the hint text that tells you how to customize your doll on the page.
Custom Sex Doll Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Custom Dolls Production Time
2-7 business days. This is the time it takes for us to produce your custom sex dolls: Once we finished the doll, we will send over the photo of the finished doll for you to modify. After that, we will ship it out.
Note: Production and shipping time will be longer than usual for custom doll orders placed during Chinese holidays: Chinese New Year (from Jan 10 – 30, 3 weeks longer), International Labor Day (from May 1-5, 5 days longer), Chinese National Day (from October 1-7, 7 days longer)
Custom Dolls Shipping Time
We offer two shipping methods for our custom sex dolls: Standard Shipping & Expedited Shipping.
Standard Shipping
Only available for US/EU/UK customers: Shipped by Ocean Container Ship (US), CHINA-EU Freight Train (EU), or CHINA-EU Freight Truck (UK), which is cost-effective, no extra expense like import duty, VAT, GST as we will pay for it as an importer, just it will take longer than expedited shipping. Btw this is one factor why we are cheaper than other $2000+ retailers
to US:
Free Shipping & take 4-6 weeks. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Hong Kong to our courier partner warehouse in Los Angeles, after your package is released by US Customs, we will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by FedEx and sent to your address. In short, US standard shipping generally takes around 4-6 weeks to arrive.
to EU:
Shipping costs $100-$150 (no extra charges), and takes 3-5 weeks. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the doll you choose, with no additional charges such as import duty or VAT. It will take 3-5 weeks around to arrive after your doll was finished via CN-EU truck/train. Please note EU standard shipping is not available to Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland which are not part of the EU, no worries, these customers could still choose expedited shipping as well.
Notice – The EU order tracking status will not be updated until the CN-EU train/truck arrives at your local courier station from China. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 3-5 weeks, no worries, it’s fine.
to UK:
Shipping costs $100-$150 (no extra charges), and takes 3-5 weeks. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the doll you choose, btw no additional charges such as import duty or VAT. It will take 3-5 weeks around to arrive after your doll was finished via CN-EU truck/train. No extra fee like VAT or Customs Duty.
Notice – The UK order tracking status will not be updated until the CN-EU train/truck arrives at your local courier station from China. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 4 weeks, no worries, it’s fine.
to Japan:
Free Shipping & take 3-4 weeks. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Hong Kong to our courier partner warehouse in Osaka, after your package is released by Local Customs, we will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by local courier and sent to your address. In short, JP standard shipping generally takes around 3-5 weeks to arrive.
to Other Countries:
Standard Shipping is Not Available to other countries currently. You need to choose expedited shipping
Expedited Shipping
Available in most countries, takes 3 – 10 business days mostly, and cost $350 to $500 for each doll depending on the weight. Shipped by UPS/FedEx/DHL or some other courier company.
Update: Due to the high volume of goods sent to Australia, UPS/FedEx may have to increase the time required for the initial update, which has an estimate of 3-5 days.
Q: When choosing Expedited Shipping, is there any import duty, VAT, GST, or Tax?
A: For US/Australian/Canadian/Japanese/UK customers, no extra expense.
For countries in Europe(except the UK), you will need to pay the import duty & VAT, duty rates depending on your local policy.
For the rest countries, it depends on your local policy, you could contact our agents to get more info.
For New Zealand, you will need to pay import duty & GST, and duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save your duty after placing your order.
Note: Once your custom doll is finished, you will receive a real photo of your customized doll. It will be shipped out 24 hours later if all is fine and you will receive a second confirmation email that includes the tracking number.
On rare occasions, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
For expedited shipping orders, some countries’ customs will charge import duties or VAT or GST from the recipient. During the customs clearance process, if the customer is not willing to complete the customs clearance without any force majeure reason, the package might be detained and destroyed by the courier company. Therefore, the customer will not be eligible for any refund in such circumstances.
