to EU:
Shipping costs $100-$150 (no extra charges), and takes 3-5 weeks. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the doll you choose, with no additional charges such as import duty or VAT. It will take 4-6 weeks around to arrive after your doll was finished via CN-EU truck/train. Please note that standard shipping is not available to Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland which are not part of the EU, no worries, these customers could still choose expedited shipping as well.

Expedited Shipping
Available in most countries, take 3 - 10 business days mostly, and cost $350 to $500 for each doll depending on the weight. Shipped by UPS/FedEx/DHL or some other courier company.
Update: Due to the high volume of goods sent to Australia, UPS/FedEx may have to increase the time required for the initial update, which has an estimate of 5-7 days.
Q: When choosing Expedited Shipping, is there any import duty, VAT, GST, or Tax?
A: For US/Australian/Canadian/Japanese/UK customers, no extra expense.
For countries in Europe(except the UK), you will need to pay the import duty & VAT, duty rates depending on your local policy.
For the rest countries, it depends on your local policy, you could contact our agents to get more info.
For New Zealand, you will need to pay import duty & GST, and duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save your duty after placing your order.
Note: Once your custom doll is finished, you will receive a real photo of your customized doll. It will be shipped out 24 hours later if all is fine and you will receive a second confirmation email that includes the tracking number.
On rare occasions, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
For the order placed on the Chinese New Year Holiday (2 weeks, Jan 15 - 30), International Labor Day (5 days, May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days, October 1-7), the production time and shipping time will be longer than usual.
For expedited shipping orders, certain countries may charge import duty. If customs clearance cannot be completed due to any reason except force majeure after we shipped out the package via expedited shipping, the shipping company will detain the package and destroy it. Thus, you will not be eligible for a refund in this case

Some sex dolls can weight near 100 lbs. This downward force would easily penetrate through the 0.5-1.0″ of flesh on the bottom of the feet if the doll were to be stood up on its own, even once. The “standing feet” option adds threaded bolts to the bottom of the doll’s feet, three per foot, which connect directly to the internal skeleton. This way when the doll is stood up, the weight is applied and transferred through the bolts and not transferred through the soft flesh of the bottom of the doll’s feet.
Although you will most likely rarely use it, however, if you do not want to damage her feet when you move her around, then you will need the standing feet option otherwise you will never be able to set her down without having the metal rods that are being used as skeleton transpiercing her TPE feet skin.

If the doll you choose is heavy and you do not want to move her around and have to bring her in the shower after usage, you will need the removable vagina. However, if the doll is not that heavy. You may prefer the fixed vagina. In appearance, they look the same at all.
I’ll give you examples:
For a 70 pounds doll, I use a removable vagina. The doll is quite heavy to carry around, however, for my 30 pounds mini doll, I prefer to bring her into the shower as I like and no need to remove the vagina and put it back.
Both have pros and cons.
In summary, based on our experience with both options: If you can easily bring your doll to the shower, take a fixed vagina. else, best add a removable vagina.
Installing a removable vagina is very simple. First, make sure your hands are clean, and then apply water or lubricating oil to the vaginal opening of the sex doll and the surface of the removable vagina, and then you can easily install it. Here is the video of our removable vagina.

Breast and butt, basically are hard to get heated because the distance from the heating wire is too far.
Note:
1. Although the doll is equipped with temperature control device inside, there must be someone guard on the side, in case of the temperature control device out of control to cause adverse consequences.
2. The matching power adapter and the back socket are not waterproof, please do not contact with water!
3. When heating, prohibited to use the doll, even the doll is 48V voltage heating, but it can not completely avoid causing harm to human body.
4. It is a normal phenomenon when plug the power supply to cause a slight spark, it may be due to interface improper, it not harm to human body.
5. Keep the doll lying flat throughout the heating system process and do not fold or sit the doll.
