Your privacy is the most important thing to us. The packaging we use for sex dolls is completely discreet — it will show up in a plain brown box with no labels, logo, or markings.
Depending on whether the doll has been made, we have two kinds of sex dolls for our customers to choose from. One is ready-to-ship in-stock sex dolls, the other one is made-to-order custom sex dolls.
In-Stock Sex Dolls
We pre-made these sex dolls in our factory and ship them to our global warehouse in these countries/areas: US, AU, CA, EU, and UK. So local customers no need to wait for produce and a long time shipping. They could get them in around 1-7 business days depending on your location.
Note: US stock dolls could only be delivered to US customers, AU stock dolls could only be delivered to Australian customers, CA, EU, UK stock the same.

For US customers - These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Los Angeles, US warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 2-7 business days after your order is placed.
For AU CA EU UK customers - These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Australia/Canada/Italy/Belgium/United Kingdom warehouse and are ready to ship, they will arrive in 3-7 (AU/CA/EU) or 1-3 (UK) business days after your order is placed depending on your location. No additional charges such as import duties, VAT, or taxes as we have already paid:)
We offer self-collection service in all our warehouses except in Canada, you could contact our online agent for more self-collection details. Note an ID card or driver's license is needed for an identity check.
Custom Sex Dolls
All custom sex dolls are made to order. These orders will be manufactured in our China factory. You could find our customer sex doll collection here or on our top menu, no stock word in the product title and you could find the hint text that tells you how to customize your doll on the page.
Custom Sex Doll Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Custom Dolls Production Time
2-7 business days. This is the time it takes for us to produce your custom sex dolls: Once we finished the doll, we will send over the photo of the finished doll for you to modify. After that, we will ship it out :)
Note: For the order placed on a Chinese Holiday, the production time and shipping time will be longer than usual: Chinese New Year (2 weeks longer, from Jan 15 - 30), International Labor Day (5 days longer, from May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days longer, from October 1-7)
Custom Dolls Shipping Time
We offer two shipping methods for our custom sex dolls: Standard Shipping & Expedited Shipping.
Standard Shipping
Only available for US/EU/UK customers: Shipped by Ocean Container Ship (US), CHINA-EU Freight Train (EU), or CHINA-EU Freight Truck (UK), which is cost-effective, no extra expense like import duty, VAT, GST, etc, just it will take longer than expedited shipping. Btw this is one factor why we are cheaper than other $2000+ retailers
to US:
Free Shipping & take 4-6 weeks. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Hong Kong to our courier partner warehouse in Los Angeles, after your package is released by US Customs, we will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by FedEx and sent to your address. In short, standard shipping generally takes around 4-6 weeks to arrive.
to EU:
Shipping costs $100-$150 (no extra charges), and takes 3-5 weeks. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the doll you choose, with no additional charges such as import duty or VAT. It will take 4-6 weeks around to arrive after your doll was finished via CN-EU truck/train. Please note that standard shipping is not available to Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland which are not part of the EU, no worries, these customers could still choose expedited shipping as well.
Notice - The EU order tracking status will not be updated until the CN-EU train/truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 5 weeks, no worries, it's fine.
to UK:
Shipping costs $100-$150 (no extra charges), and takes 3-5 weeks. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the doll you choose, btw no additional charges such as import duty or VAT. It will take 4-5 weeks around to arrive after your doll was finished via CN-EU truck/train. No extra fee like VAT or Customs Duty. Please note that for UK customers, mini sex doll is not available due to local laws.
Notice - The UK order tracking status will not be updated until the CN-EU train/truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 3 weeks, no worries, it's fine.
to Japan:
Free Shipping & take 3-4 weeks. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Hong Kong to our courier partner warehouse in Osaka, after your package is released by Local Customs, we will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by local courier and sent to your address. In short, JP standard shipping generally takes around 3-5 weeks to arrive.
to Other Countries:
Standard Shipping is Not Available to other countries currently. You need to choose expedited shipping
Expedited Shipping
Available in most countries, take 3 - 10 business days mostly, and cost $350 to $500 for each doll depending on the weight. Shipped by UPS/FedEx/DHL or some other courier company.
Update: Due to the high volume of goods sent to Australia, UPS/FedEx may have to increase the time required for the initial update, which has an estimate of 5-7 days.
Q: When choosing Expedited Shipping, is there any import duty, VAT, GST, or Tax?
A: For US/Australian/Canadian/Japanese/UK customers, no extra expense.
For countries in Europe(except the UK), you will need to pay the import duty & VAT, duty rates depending on your local policy.
For the rest countries, it depends on your local policy, you could contact our agents to get more info.
For New Zealand, you will need to pay import duty & GST, and duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save your duty after placing your order.
Note: Once your custom doll is finished, you will receive a real photo of your customized doll. It will be shipped out 24 hours later if all is fine and you will receive a second confirmation email that includes the tracking number.
On rare occasions, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
For the order placed on the Chinese New Year Holiday (2 weeks, Jan 15 - 30), International Labor Day (5 days, May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days, October 1-7), the production time and shipping time will be longer than usual.
For expedited shipping orders, certain countries may charge import duty. If customs clearance cannot be completed due to any reason except force majeure after we shipped out the package via expedited shipping, the shipping company will detain the package and destroy it. Thus, you will not be eligible for a refund in this case

Excellent service, excellent purchase. Don’t go by the factory photos as they are super grainy and not very good. Between the factory photos and what you see in the professionally taken photos, I would give what I received a good 95% close to the photos on the site. Well packaged and well made doll. I can only go by the fact that I have only bought 3 dolls from another site and this one is excellent. Very cuddly.

i wanted to leave a review about VsDoll here and on that biz score rating website because the 3 loosers that post there almost had me to worried to order. Im so happy i finally just ordered I thought well like my credit card will refund me if something happens and i ordered this is a great place to buy a doll in fact was way fast shipping (3 or 4 days for mine) also prices are way better here for the same doll. I ordered on a thur or fri and fedex was here on monday. So dont listen to the idiots haters on those doll buying recommendation websites telling you that you have to spend $2000 or more to get a doll or that it will be low quality (my doll is actually super nice). I think they either got/get money from the sites that they are recommending or just the type of people that go around talking bad all the time about people and stuff. Im a true blue real buyer and this was where i got mine the customer service is friendly and will help you if your unsure about anything. I got a small doll bc my current housing but i will be getting a tall big booba doll from VsDolls when i move and get some cash saved.
