Note: US stock dolls could only be delivered to US customers, AU stock dolls could only be delivered to Australian customers, CA, EU, UK stock the same.

For US customers - These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Los Angeles, US warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 2-7 business days after your order is placed.
For AU CA EU UK customers - These dolls are pre-made and stored in our Australia/Canada/Italy/Belgium/United Kingdom warehouse and are ready to ship, they will arrive in 3-7 (AU/CA/EU) or 1-3 (UK) business days after your order is placed depending on your location. No additional charges such as import duties, VAT, or taxes as we have already paid:)
We offer self-collection service in all our warehouses except in Canada, you could contact our online agent for more self-collection details. Note an ID card or driver's license is needed for an identity check.

Custom Sex Dolls

to EU:
Shipping costs $100-$150 (no extra charges), and takes 3-5 weeks. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the doll you choose, with no additional charges such as import duty or VAT. It will take 4-6 weeks around to arrive after your doll was finished via CN-EU truck/train. Please note that standard shipping is not available to Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland which are not part of the EU, no worries, these customers could still choose expedited shipping as well.

Notice - The EU order tracking status will not be updated until the CN-EU train/truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 5 weeks, no worries, it's fine.

to UK:
Shipping costs $100-$150 (no extra charges), and takes 3-5 weeks. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the doll you choose, btw no additional charges such as import duty or VAT. It will take 4-5 weeks around to arrive after your doll was finished via CN-EU truck/train. No extra fee like VAT or Customs Duty. Please note that for UK customers, mini sex doll is not available due to local laws.

Notice - The UK order tracking status will not be updated until the CN-EU train/truck arrives at your local courier station. Therefore, if your tracking status is not been updated in 3 weeks, no worries, it's fine.

to Japan:
Free Shipping & take 3-4 weeks. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Hong Kong to our courier partner warehouse in Osaka, after your package is released by Local Customs, we will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by local courier and sent to your address. In short, JP standard shipping generally takes around 3-5 weeks to arrive.

to Other Countries:
Standard Shipping is Not Available to other countries currently. You need to choose expedited shipping

Expedited Shipping
Available in most countries, take 3 - 10 business days mostly, and cost $350 to $500 for each doll depending on the weight. Shipped by UPS/FedEx/DHL or some other courier company.

Update: Due to the high volume of goods sent to Australia, UPS/FedEx may have to increase the time required for the initial update, which has an estimate of 5-7 days.

Q: When choosing Expedited Shipping, is there any import duty, VAT, GST, or Tax?
A: For US/Australian/Canadian/Japanese/UK customers, no extra expense.
For countries in Europe(except the UK), you will need to pay the import duty & VAT, duty rates depending on your local policy.
For the rest countries, it depends on your local policy, you could contact our agents to get more info.
For New Zealand, you will need to pay import duty & GST, and duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save your duty after placing your order.

Note: Once your custom doll is finished, you will receive a real photo of your customized doll. It will be shipped out 24 hours later if all is fine and you will receive a second confirmation email that includes the tracking number.

On rare occasions, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.

For the order placed on the Chinese New Year Holiday (2 weeks, Jan 15 - 30), International Labor Day (5 days, May 1-5), Chinese National Day (7 days, October 1-7), the production time and shipping time will be longer than usual.

For expedited shipping orders, certain countries may charge import duty. If customs clearance cannot be completed due to any reason except force majeure after we shipped out the package via expedited shipping, the shipping company will detain the package and destroy it. Thus, you will not be eligible for a refund in this case
